Multi-label intent routing with contrastive centroid scoring (α empirically calibrated at 0.05), GLiNER zero-shot NER, BGE embedder + cross-encoder reranker, three-tier router with LLM fallback. Source attribution, privacy guards, and a full evaluation transcript over eight benchmark queries.
